Nelbi Chun De Leon, an 18 year old high schooler, has been detained by ICE for nearly two months following a traffic stop dispute over having a valid license while driving. Due to his unjust detainment by ICE, he missed his high school graduation ceremony, despite being an exemplary student praised by his teachers. However, there is a second graduation ceremony being held in August that he could still attend and graduate as he deserves.

We are joining the Greater Cincinnati community in demanding that Nelbi Chun De Leon is released from ICE custody and given the chance to graduate as he deserves. Sign the petition to demand his release from ICE custody and bring attention to his unjust detention.
